The newsletter is generally sent out every week.

This is the normal publishing cycle.

Days of Week	Activity
Thu - Sat	Input is sent to newsletter editor
Sunday	Editor publishes first draft for interested recipients
Sun- Tue am	Feedback is provided and further drafts published, if needed
Tue pm	Editor finalizes newsletter and schedules it to go out
Wed 10:00 am	Newsletter is published
